Do you own a PT practice but it feels like it's more of a job rather than an actual business? (...I did for quite some time)

Maybe you're a solo PT practice owner that has no employees, who want to grow enough to hire on support staff and other clinicians so you can help more people, gain more revenue and time back (and you know this will change your business dramatically), but you get 'butterflies' or 'self-doubt' at the thought taking that risk.

Or perhaps you own a business with 2-3 employees and your schedule is jammed packed daily with meetings/tasks (maybe too busy), so your outside personal relationship starts to suffer or your health starts to take a backseat because you cannot afford to take days or weeks off without losing income.

Or maybe you are pondering the idea of starting a PT business and not sure if you have what it takes to generate consistent income or not sure if you have what it takes to own a business.

Do you want to impact more people, get your time back, and have something you can truly call a business?

Hey, I'm Preston Brown.

I am a physical therapist and I founded my own mobile in-home physical therapy practice (Prestige Therapy and Wellness) and Fitness business (Prestige Fitness WI) in the Greater Milwaukee area in the great state of Wisconsin!! I have a passion for working with older adults and their families to assist in keeping individuals thriving at an optimal level while staying out of nursing homes and hospitals. I also founded my own fitness business.

I have grown from working tirelessly inside of my physical therapy practice to actually owning a business, taking full control of my time and life. I have successfully grown my company from 1 employee (yours truly) to multiple (rockstar) employees and we are continuing to expand our reach.

There can be fear that comes along with hiring on staff, however, my employees have allowed me to leverage time to do other tasks that give me the energy to help fill my bucket on a daily basis.

I have a passion for helping PTs interested in starting a solo PT practice and current solo PT practice owners who are looking to level up using a different (...simple, less techy) approach!

In addition to the in-home physical therapy business, I have also created a thriving fitness/wellness business that allows individuals to achieve fitness and wellness aspirations.

Solo PT practices (or someone ready to start their solo PT practice) hire me to:

  • Perfect their time efficiency approach
  • Finely tune their referral generating process and obsess over ways to improve income (even with being in-network with insurance companies)
  • Help them craft their messaging so their ideal customer will seek them out and minimizes the need to sell services
  • Buffer them from mistakes and mishaps
  • Create avenues of leveraging time and money (of others) so their risk and debt is minimized

We practice and build their skills—which expands their confidence.

But then I tell them something surprising...

This all can be done using a simple, step-by-step method (without taking more time out of the day and without breaking the bank).

Follow my journey below, if you are ready to put an end to the confusion, dread, and frenzy of working in a job and not actually owning a PT business (...all while caring for your family)!!
